| This view along Baker Creek Road shows a massive outcrop of Lehman Caves Limestone of Cambrian age (about 550 million years old). The limestone (now metamorphosed into marble) is host to several known caverns, including Lehman Cave. Lehman Cave is the only cavern that is open to public access. Other wild cave tours are available on a limited basis. All caverns are protected and managed by the park. |
