Ocotillo Patch in Joshua Tree National Park
The Ocotillo Patch is located near the center of Joshua Tree National Park (along Pinto Basin Road). Ocotillos thrive on rocky slopes in elevations below about 6,000 feet (2,000 meters) in the Colorado Desert climate.
