Talus slope on Mission Peak, Alameda County, California

Cliff with talus slope and grass
A talus slope on Mission Peak near Fremont (Alemeda County). The abundance of grass amongst the boulders suggests that slope is now relatively stable compared to perhaps an earlier period.
